Terms and Conditions and Authorization

Geo-Poli-Cyber™ Risk Assessment Requests

| September 2026

  1. Your request and the service

These terms apply when you request a Geo-Poli-Cyber™ Risk Assessment from MLi Group. The request must

identify you, any organization you represent, the organization to be assessed and the requested report and scope.

The service examines political, geopolitical, cybersecurity, AI, technology and related risk exposures. MLi Group

may verify your identity, authority and scope before accepting the work. Submitting a request does not guarantee

acceptance, delivery or a particular finding. The requested report may be provided for a fee. Applicable fees and

delivery terms will be presented for your acceptance during the request or checkout process, or agreed separately

in writing. Additional services and their fees require your prior agreement.

  1. Your authority and authorization

If you request an assessment of your own organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and

authorize MLi Group to prepare the requested assessment within the stated scope. If you request a report about

another organization, you commission research for yourself or the organization you represent; you do not authorize

work on the assessed organization’s behalf. You must select the appropriate capacity on the request form. Naming

someone who has authority does not establish your own authority. MLi Group may require that person’s separate

approval.

  1. Scope and excluded activities

You acknowledge that MLi Group will identify and connect to the assessed organization’s publicly accessible

infrastructure to review public websites, services and information. You do not need to provide a website, domain or

IP-address list. This acknowledgement does not authorize bypassing access restrictions, network or port scanning

(including Nmap-style scans), vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, non-public system access or social

engineering. Those activities require separate, valid authorization from the relevant rights holder covering the

systems and activities involved.

  1. Information, confidentiality and privacy

You confirm that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to

disclose it for the agreed purpose. Do not send credentials or classified material under this request. Do not send

personal data beyond necessary contact details, or confidential business information, unless an appropriate scope,

safeguards and secure transfer method have been agreed. MLi Group may contact you to clarify your request.

Personal information will be handled under the privacy notice provided with the request form. Acceptance of these

terms is not consent to marketing or unrelated processing. Retention, recipients and applicable privacy rights must

be explained in that notice.

  1. Nature and independence of the assessment

The report is an evidence-based risk assessment, not an audit, certification, legal opinion, investment

recommendation or prediction of financial performance. Findings reflect the evidence and date stated in the report;

sources may be incomplete and circumstances may change. No particular grade or favourable result is promised.

Payment or cooperation does not determine a grade. You remain responsible for your decisions and should use the

report alongside your own due diligence and appropriate professional advice, not as the sole basis for a business

or investment decision.

  1. Report use and distribution

Before work begins, MLi Group and the requester must confirm the intended recipients, permitted sharing and any

publication or resale of the commissioned report. No publication or resale permission is created by the

authorization checkbox alone. Supplied confidential information may be disclosed only as separately agreed or

required by law. Reports must not be altered or quoted in a misleading manner, presented as MLi Group’s

endorsement, or used for unlawful purposes. These terms do not grant ownership of MLi Group’s methodology or

other pre-existing materials.

  1. Limitations of liability

MLi Group will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed service but does not guarantee that every

risk will be identified or that a decision based on the report will achieve a particular outcome. To the extent

permitted by applicable law, MLi Group excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or

reliance on the report. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross

negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional financial cap requires a

separate, legally reviewed agreement.

  1. Acceptance, withdrawal and changes

You accept the applicable version of these terms by actively ticking the agreement box and submitting the request.

MLi Group will record the accepted version, request, capacity and acceptance time and provide confirmation. You

may request withdrawal or a scope change in writing; MLi Group will confirm the effect on work, information use,

delivery and any separately agreed charges. Withdrawal does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be

retained or recall a report already lawfully delivered. Any work outside this request must be covered by a separate

agreement or authorization. These terms do not supersede, replace, amend or revoke any other agreement or

authorization. Those instruments continue to govern activities within their own scope, including any separately

authorized technical testing.

  1. Contracting entity, governing law and contact

The final terms must identify MLi Group’s contracting legal entity, address, governing law and dispute forum before

they are offered for acceptance. This draft selects none. For questions about the request or proposed scope,

contact MLi Group at EOI (@) MLiGrp (dot com.

What Are
Geo-Poli-
Cyber™ Risks?

What Is Geo-Poli-Cyber™?

MLi Group created the terms Poli-Cyber™ and Geo-Poli-Cyber™ (GPC™) in 2012 and 2013 based on the philosophy that if you cannot identify and name the threat, you cannot mitigate that threat.

Geo-Poli-Cyber™ attacks are political, ideological, terrorist, extremist, ‘religious’, and/or geo-politically motivated.
